Bedroom Lighting
Besides overhead false ceiling lighting, you can choose to illuminate your bedroom with table lamps, floor lamps and wall sconces. For any gallery wall, you can add focused downward wall lights. f you have a reading nook in your room, you can add a floor lamp to that corner. You can add table lamps on bed side drawer cabinets, dressers and console table. Alternatively, if you want you free up the space on the bed side tables, you can add wall sconces. We especially recommend our wall sconces with linen shades for their elegant timeless appeal.
Living Room Lighting
Living room lighting is as important as the furniture for illumination has an impact on the overall ambience of a space. Add chandeliers or pendant lamps over the seating areas for overhead illumination. We recommend dimmers to control lighting of chandeliers or pendant lamps.
If you are going for chandeliers, you can align centrally those with the seating space below. For pendant lights you can choose to display them on either side of a sofa or if you are going for a single side, you can display the pendant lights in a bunch.
For table surfaces such as sideboards and side tables, you can look at adding table lamps for soft illumination. If there are any corners that are sealed off by walls, in such corners you can look at adding floor lamps.
Dining Room Lighting
You can look at hanging either a chandelier or pendant lamps over the dining table. If your dining table is long, we recommend a long chandelier, but if it is a small one, you can go for a bunch of pendant lamps displayed at different heights. If you have any sideboard for cutlery or crockery, you can add a table lamp to illuminate that.
